By downloading, installing, or using Zonr, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the Zonr mobile application and any related services.

Zonr is an AI-powered learning and focus application that helps users plan learning tasks, build structured study plans, and maintain consistent focus sessions. The service is provided on a freemium basis, with optional paid Pro features.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use Zonr.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Zonr offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription billed monthly or annually.

• Free Trial: Automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) per their respective policies.

You agree not to:

• Use Zonr for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

All content, features, and functionality of Zonr — including the AI systems, mascot characters (Lumi, Moro, Boro), design, code, and branding — are the exclusive property of Zonr and its licensors. Reproduction or distribution requires express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within Zonr. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Zonr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zonr and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
